Frankly, I'm so curious, since I've been invited to attend International Seminar at Theodor Heuss in this City. The seminar will hold on November 23 -30 2007. And the topic is about "Local Government and Civil Sociaty". The seminar has gone on line since September 10 untill October 8, 2007. And now, all the partisipant represent any region of the world (Asia, europe, africa, middle east) are taking preparation of presentation in Germani.
This seminar is hosted by "Internation Academy for Leadership".
